Rip was a tiny orphan kitten in a nearby shelter that was placed with another nursing Mama to try and save his life. He was smaller than a lot of the other kittens, but he quickly adapted to his new Mama and siblings.
The litter that he was in was full of very sick kittens but Rip thrived and grew up quickly to become one of the most happy and adventure-loving kittens I’ve ever met. He looks in every cabinet, and is constantly exploring and playing with the others. He rushes to the food bowl when it’s time to eat and he really loves treats.
Rip is a beautiful tan and black tabby and his free spirit and brave way of navigating the world, makes his very unique and also extremely entertaining. He is extremely social and would be happier in a home with other animals to keep him company while his family is away.
We are so thankful that God gave us Rip and that he survived such a tough beginning. The world is a better place with him in it and we know she will brighten up the lives of anyone that chooses him for their new family, just like he brightens ours.
Birthday: September 8, 2021
Likes: Other cats and kittens, children and other animals, basically anyone that will play with him and go with him on new adventures. He loves to be active and is very athletic and full of a love for life.
Looking for: A new loving family that has children or other playful animals. Must love to let him curl up in your lap while you work or watch a movie, have lots of toys, and a big supply of food and treats.
Rip is a perfect name for this active kitten because he is so fiercely brave and so full of adventure. You can definitely take him with you on your trips to the train station and he would love to take long naps in the bunkhouse.
Rip needs a family that will love him as deeply and unconditionally as he loves. He is an incredible blessing and I am so glad he survived and is here with us. If you want a family pet that will brighten up your household and will become an incredible new addition to your loving family, Rip is all those things and more.
Rip has had all of his shots, including FeLV, has been dewormed and has been treated for fleas and ticks. He is fully litter box trained and is available for adoption. Please fill out our adoption form if you are interested in Rip.
